Products are made to order, which means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind. Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before purchasing.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Items must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
